Staying for five nights while exploring the vibrant neighborhoods of Lisbon was a delight. I loved the cleanliness and how the staff was always eager to assist. The room I booked had a private bathroom, which was a major plus after reading about other options. I really enjoyed my mornings in the lovely terrace area with the charming garden, sipping my wine amidst the sounds of nature.

The property maintained cleanliness throughout, providing a decent environment despite some drawbacks. The external private bathroom was noted for its cleanliness, which could be a big relief for those who prioritize hygiene.
The location felt unsafe, plagued with graffiti and the overwhelming presence of homeless individuals. The twin room with private external bathroom was cramped, making it difficult to relax, and the noise from an intense vibration sound disrupted my sleep, creating an unpleasant ambiance. Furthermore, carrying luggage up stairs can be a struggle, especially in a building without a lift, so pack appropriately. Lastly, a confusion arose regarding a wine tasting card offered during check-in that ended up being charged at checkout, which wasn't handled transparently.

Short, sweet, and to the point
A fantastic stay! The location is unbeatable with easy access to the metro and tram. Breakfast was fresh, with made-to-order eggs. Staff was warm and welcoming, especially Anitha. The room was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The stairs may be steep, but they add to the charming character of the hotel.

The location was fantastic. We could walk to most attractions. Our room was small but clean, and the common area was nice to hang out in. Breakfast included great options like bacon and eggs. Joanna, who greeted us, was super helpful and friendly. I'd love to come back!

absolutely overrated, the bathroom needed a bit of TLC, and why were there ants just because I left biscuits? I woudl ve expected a complimentary wine or an upgrade for all these inconveniences, but instead, it felt like I was in some budget motel, not a 'hotel' in Lisbon. almost thought of a better review, but just couldn't.

The honest truth about this
Charming garden area next to the kitchen, ideal for a relaxing glass of wine. Metro station is conveniently close, making it easy to explore main attractions.
Sleep quality was compromised due to a poor-quality mattress. Breakfast was just average, lacking the freshness promised.

The terrace is a nice spot to enjoy a glass of wine, but be aware it can get smoky.

Great location near the metro, and clean room with flat-screen TV. Wi-Fi was unreliable.

The cleanliness throughout made for a pleasant stay, and having the bathroom just steps away was convenient. While the stairs could be a workout, they added a charming touch to the property’s character. A delightful breakfast included French toasts, along with the option to enjoy some excellent local wines from the dispenser. However, noise from neighboring guests was noticeable at times, and lack of an elevator made carrying luggage a bit tricky.
